Jo Childs
Founder and Talent Lead
Jo Childs is the Founder of MindPsy Talent, the UK's first dedicated recruitment and talent ecosystem specialising in psychedelic medicine, mental health innovation, and consciousness-informed leadership. Rooted in the belief that work becomes transformative when it aligns with soul, purpose and a deeper calling. Jo's mission is to elevate the people and organisations ushering in a new era of healing - psychedelic-assisted therapy, mental health innovation, and human potential science.
With 25 years of experience across recruitment, digital health, clinical talent strategy and start-up leadership, Jo has built careers and companies across the UK and Australia. But the real foundation of her work comes from two decades of immersion in spirituality, consciousness studies, quantum physics, sacred plant medicines and altered states of awareness. This lived experience gives her a rare ability to see people clearly - beyond CVs, roles and labels and to intuit where their gifts are most needed.
Jo supports pioneering clinics, researchers, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and innovators who work at the edge of science and spirit. Her approach blends grounded talent expertise with an intuitive understanding of energy, alignment, and the inner architecture of transformation. She sees recruitment not as a transaction, but as a form of soul-matching - connecting the right people with the right missions at the right moment of their evolution.

Tom Shutte
Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor & Psychedelic Therapy Specialist
Tom Shutte is an experienced psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, mentor and consultant with over 15 years of dedicated involvement in psychedelic therapy, integration and harm reduction. His work centres on the safe, ethical and evidence-based development of psychedelic medicines, bringing a grounded, relational and deeply informed approach to a rapidly evolving field.
Tom has worked as both a Lead and Assistant Therapist across multiple Phase I-III psychedelic clinical trials, supporting research on Ibogaine for opioid use disorder, 5-MeO-DMT for alcohol use disorder, Methylone for PTSD, and Psilocybin for treatment-resistant depression. He also serves on current studies involving DMT and other emerging compounds, contributing to the evolution of therapeutic protocols across a range of indications.
Alongside his clinical trial work, Tom's broader experience spans retreat facilitation, crisis support in non-ordinary states, and long-term integration work. His consultancy includes training therapists for clinical trials, adherence and fidelity monitoring, and supporting organisations to develop safe and effective psychedelic therapy models. Tom is a contributing author to the Manual of Psychedelic Support (MAPS) and previously served as Clinical Lead at Wavepaths, helping shape personalised music as a therapeutic tool in psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Raggi Gandham
Psychotherapist
Raggi is a BACP and NCPS-registered psychotherapist with over 4,000 clinical hours and seven years of formal clinical training, specialising in trauma, addiction, burnout and identity transformation. After a 20-year leadership career in recruitment, she retrained from the ground up as a therapist to support high-performing professionals - executives, founders, clinicians and consultants - who appear successful on the surface yet struggle with anxiety, disconnection, compulsive patterns, or a loss of purpose underneath.
Her approach is deeply integrative, blending psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed methods, somatic awareness, addiction psychology, neuroscience, and mind-body practices. She holds an MSc in Addiction Psychology and a PGCert in Psychedelics: Mind, Body & Culture from the University of Exeter - the world's first academic qualification in psychedelic studies. Raggi supports clients in processing trauma and grief, breaking burnout and addiction cycles, regulating the nervous system, rebuilding identity, and integrating non-ordinary states, including psychedelic experiences.
Alongside her clinical practice, Raggi is active in emerging psychedelic therapy frameworks (MAPS/Johns Hopkins aligned), contributes to public education on addiction and trauma, and is currently writing a book on the future of psychedelic-informed therapy. She is also featured in an upcoming documentary exploring her personal and professional journey in the psychedelic field.

Dr Paul Collins
Psychiatrist, Anthropologist & Human-AI Mental Health Innovator
Dr Paul Collins is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 11 years of senior clinical experience across the NHS and private sector, spanning acute wards, crisis teams, community services and extensive work in forensic and prison settings. His practice integrates psychiatry, social anthropology and systems thinking to explore the full spectrum of human experience, from severe depression and psychosis to flourishing, creativity and neurodivergence.
Paul originally trained in Social Anthropology at SOAS and spent a decade running a clinical exercise and rehabilitation social enterprise before retraining in medicine at St George's (MBBS, 2011) and completing MRCPsych in 2017. He currently works part-time with Dorset Healthcare's Home Treatment Team and Gloucestershire's Recovery Team, alongside providing private consultancy on neurodivergence and reasonable adjustments.
His innovative work explores human-AI symbiosis in mental health, creating open-source tools and frameworks including Flourish OS, First Breath, and Spiral State Psychiatry, which reframe mental health through relational, rhythmic and ecological models rather than rigid diagnostic categories. Paul is particularly interested in holistic psychiatry, psychedelic-informed approaches, and the future of collaborative AI in clinical practice.
